Having grown up and spent most of their lives on the east coast, Stephanie and Justin dreamed of relocating away from the hustle and bustle. Since moving to Timnath in 2014, they and their three kids have fallen in love with the Colorado mountains and Northern Colorado lifestyle. With favorite activities like exploring local restaurants and breweries, hiking, and attending sporting events, they fit right in.
While there's a lot to love about the Fort Collins community, one of their favorite aspects is how supportive this community is toward small businesses. The Garrisons have long dreamed of owning a business together, and Northern Colorado was the perfect place to realize that dream and also support others within the community along the way. Collaborating with other small businesses and breweries has been one of their preferred marketing strategies since opening the Timber Line last fall, and they're currently partnering with both Maxline Brewing and Intersect Brewing in Fort Collins to offer discount growler fills through the end of the summer. Not only that, but the Garrisons are also working on a fundraiser for a local family whose toddler is battling cancer.
Growlers from the Timber Line aren't just any old growler. These 64 ounce insulated growlers can handle the heat from a hot car or blazing sun, while keeping the water/craft beer/kombacha/chai or other beverage of choice cold and refreshing inside. The growers are also great at keeping hot beverages like coffee piping hot, but it's 92 degrees in Fort Collins right now, so that's a topic for another day. So far, the Garrisons have introduced two classic colors- navy and grey- and are debuting two fun new colors soon.
